Where is Mike now? - FMCS Relationship by Objectives Training - William F. Boger Center, Bethesda MD.

The CPL Board and most of the BOP Executive staff are at the William F. Bolger training center in Bethesda, MD this week to attend FMCS Relationship by Objectives Training.  The Agency and the Union are going to learn how to work together more cooperatively.
