I'm making my way back across the country after teaching at the South Central Regional Caucus this week. I'll be back in Hawaii for the weekend to spend a little time with my son and work on things at home.
This week, we have a Partnership Council Meeting in Washington, DC, with the executive staff of the Agency. The new Director, Charles Samuels, has assured me that he's putting the '3 Year Rotation' issue at the front of the agenda for the meeting.
