Where is Mike Now? - In the Air/Partnership Council Meeting

I'll be in the air for the next 14 hours while I fly to Washington, DC for a Partnership Council Meeting.  The Partnership Council was formed last year as the result of Executive Order 13522 - Creating Labor-Management Forums to Improve Delivery of Government Services (click on the link to view the Executive Order).  Click on this link to see the FLRA slide-show on the Executive Order.


Ironically, the Executive Order was issued in 2009, but it took the administration of the BOP until 2011 to start following it.


Here's the agenda for this week's Partnership Council Meeting (another link).  As you see, resolving the 3 Year Rotation Grievance is on the list of agenda items... we'll see how that goes.
