The CPL Board will be meeting this week with the top executives of the Agency in a Partnership Council Meeting. The Bureau of Prisons/Council of Prison Locals established the Partnership Council under the provisions of Section 3 (a)(i) of Executive Order 13522. The same Executive Order established the National Council on Federal Labor-Management Relations (the “Council”).
We're meeting in Grand Prairie, TX, where the Agency has centralized much of it's human resources, inmate systems, and financial management functions
