Don Martin, Local President of AFGE 1242, and his board have done a great job holding the Rios administration accountable for their actions.
Local 1242 has also set the standard for developing a relationship with local media, as is evidenced in this article.
I'm sure as time goes on, more details of the OIG investigation and the early retirement of Hector Rios will come forth.
