While the rest of the Council Board were sent home when the agency pulled the plug on Master Agreement negotiations, I stayed in Washington, DC, because we had scheduled to have the Trust Fund Joint Policy Committee meet concurrent with the second week of Master.
We're hashing out the final version of the Trust Fund/Deposit Fund Manual based on the feedback that we got from the field.
I'll be flying back West early Friday morning.
